On-site document scanning

We bring the scanners to you. Archives, plan rooms and filing cabinets are digitized in your building, so nothing sensitive ever leaves the premises.

  • Large format plan racks and standard office files
  • Searchable PDF with OCR, plus TIFF or JPEG on request
  • File naming and folder structure to match your system
  • Delivered on encrypted drive or straight to your cloud storage

Starting prices

  • Scanning $0.18 per page
  • Machine setup $110.00 per visit
  • Operator $30.00 per hour

A visit is the setup fee plus operator time plus the per page rate. Large format sheets and special handling are quoted per job, and volume rates are available. Common questions

What files should I send?

PDF is the safest for printing. We also take DWG, DXF, PLT, TIFF, JPEG, PNG and design files. Large sets are easiest as a single zip.

How fast is turnaround?

Most standard sets go out the same business day when the file arrives before mid afternoon. Mounted boards and banners usually run one to two business days.

What does it cost?

Pricing depends on size, media, quantity and finishing, so we quote each job in writing before printing. Upload your files and the number comes back with a completion time.

Can you match an existing set?

Yes. Send a sample or tell us the stock and finishing on the last order and we will reproduce it exactly.

How many documents can you scan in a day?

A crew typically clears several thousand office pages or several hundred large format sheets per visit. We survey larger archives first so the schedule is honest.

Do the originals stay in order?

Yes. Documents are scanned in place and returned to their folders and racks exactly as they were found.
